Unit Keys
Unit owners are generally required to provide unit keys to the Association to facilitate both routine maintenance and emergency access.
Notice is always provided to unit owners well in advance of any scheduled maintenance. Unit owners must communicate with other residents of their units.
In the event of an emergency requiring unscheduled unit entry, we will attempt to contact the owner by telephone prior to entry.
Our staff is required to leave a written notice of unit entry (or note on the back of a business card) on the flat surface closest to the entry door.
Unit keys will not be provided to a third party contractor without immediate supervision by our staff unless authorized by the unit owner.
The Association does not provide emergency lockout service. Owners may borrow their on-file keys during office hours. An item of collateral will be required to ensure the prompt return of the key.
