Window and door maintenance is usually the responsibility of the unit owner, but subject to association regulations and/or approval.

Typically, to repair an existing window, no prior association approval is required.  Please check in with the maintenance team for the guidelines of a specific condominium.

To replace an existing window in like and kind, prior approval of the vendor is required.

To change a window, approval of the window style and vendor is required.
